The fact that Krügel Umzüge is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 means that the long-standing Hamburg-based removal company, which operates throughout Germany and internationally, has globally recognized proof of its quality capability. But a simple seal is not enough for us. Because at Krügel Umzugslogistik we attach great importance to always being up to date with all quality standards. That's why all Krügel employees receive regular training and further education. Thanks to continuous quality management, we feel that we are ideally equipped for every job, no matter how large or complex, how safety-relevant it is or how quickly it needs to be completed.

For the long-standing employees of Krügel Umzugslogistik, after the move is before the move. That's why at Krügel a removal order is only really completed when we have the results of the written customer survey. We receive customer feedback on the quality of the services we have provided directly after every move - from advice on the move to the execution of the move, including packing service, dismantling and assembly of the furniture, right through to transportation, installation and other tradesman services, if required.

These quality standards include: detailed and clear quotations, thorough and comprehensive removal advice, information on insurance and liability regulations for removals. Furthermore, only trained specialist personnel may be used. Krügel Logistik is also committed to using high-quality, environmentally friendly packaging materials. Quality pays off in this area too!
