We adapt to your needs by customizing both the time frame required and the size of the warehouse to your individual requirements. We help you to find the ideal warehouse and leave it up to you to decide whether and to what extent you would like to make use of our storage support.

As our prices vary from region to region, we cannot provide any generally valid figures. Basically, the cost of storage is defined by three components: The duration of storage, the size of the storage space used and any additional services, which vary depending on the individual expense. You will receive exact prices for your storage on request.

You will receive an invoice for each storage booking, which you can simply pay by bank transfer. You can store on a monthly or annual basis. Invoicing always takes place at the beginning of a storage interval.

Our minimum storage period is 1 month. In addition, you can store on a monthly or annual basis. The term is automatically extended if you do not cancel at the end of the month or term.

Traditionally, our customers store a wide variety of household items: Furniture, crockery, clothing, toys, sports equipment and much more. We will provide you with typical examples of stored goods during the ordering process. We will also determine the required storage volume and create an individual list of your stored goods. Please note: If your stored goods do not meet the standard, please contact us for individual storage options.

We are not allowed to accept various items for storage. These include:

- Live animals and plants
- Perishable goods and anything that could attract vermin (especially food)
- Exceptionally valuable items such as precious stones/precious metals, jewelry, antiques, works of art, collector's items, securities, stamps, certificates, documents, data carriers, etc. - Hazardous substances/dangerous goods (such as highly flammable or explosive goods, radiant goods that could cause spontaneous combustion or explosion).
- Hazardous materials/dangerous goods (such as highly flammable or explosive goods, radiant goods, goods with a tendency to spontaneous combustion, corrosive, toxic, malodorous goods and/or items that could harm the warehouse, other stored goods or people.

Depending on the quantity and volume of your items, we store them dry and securely in boxes, containers or rooms in a warehouse and in accordance with official regulations. We always guarantee the utmost care for your belongings.

Moisture is usually responsible for any odor formation, which can hardly be completely ruled out, especially during long periods of storage. To counteract this, you can store a dehumidifier or add a coffee filter filled with coffee powder. This absorbs moisture and provides a pleasant aroma.

You are welcome to adjust your storage interval. Please contact your Krügel contact person in writing and let them know the desired storage interval.

You have uncomplicated access to your stored items during the stated business hours or after personal consultation with your Krügel contact person.

You can either deliver your items yourself or use our collection service. Your Krügel specialist staff will be happy to collect the stored goods directly from your home.

Whether it's bulky furniture or heavy boxes of books: don't bother unnecessarily! We employ trained movers who will be happy to help you carry them. Additional advantage: In our hands, your items are insured in the event of damage!

Professionals pack to save space! In this respect, it is worth having your items packed by our Krügel experts - especially for expensive or fragile items. Another advantage: as soon as we get started, your belongings are insured during transportation!

To store bulky or large furniture, we recommend dismantling it. This saves space and therefore costs. If you don't have the know-how or the tools, it's best to use our disassembly and assembly service.

Whether it's moving boxes, clothes boxes, furniture covers or bubble wrap: you can also order professional packing materials during the booking process. We will bring it with us when you book transportation or you can collect it from your Krügel contact person.

Do you need one or more stored items before the end of the storage interval? Arrange with your Krügel contact person to remove them in advance or use our convenient collection and return service. We will bring the storage box to your home, where you can simply remove the items you need.

In principle, return transportation to your desired address is possible. It is best to discuss the details with your contractual partner.

Our trained specialist staff will store your belongings safely and dryly in the respective storage unit. You are also required to protect your stored goods from any damage using appropriate packaging.

The storage facilities at Krügel are absolutely secure. All items are stored safely and dryly in the warehouse. The storage boxes can be specially sealed for security. Krügel is liable for its services up to certain limits. Liability limits are exceeded in the event of damage caused by the elements, for example. Additional goods insurance can also be worthwhile because the liability insurance of your Krügel partner only covers the current value of the goods in question. Goods insurance covers all loss events and replaces the replacement value of the corresponding stored goods at an affordable premium in the event of damage.

Our trained specialist staff will store your belongings safely in the warehouse. If required, we can also take care of the packing. If you bring your own packed furniture and other items to us for storage, everything should be properly protected. Furniture covers can be used to prevent scratches and dents. Please also remember to avoid moisture.

Whether monthly or year-round storage: cancel at the end of the month (or storage interval) at the latest. Important: Notice of termination must be given in writing. Please make an agreement with your Krügel partner regarding collection or return transportation.

Your Krügel contact will forward your damage report directly to the insurance company. They will contact you to settle the claim. To simplify the process, you should adhere to certain deadlines: Externally visible damage or loss should be recorded (no later than the day after discovery). You must report any damage or loss that is not externally visible within 14 days of delivery. Please also note the information in the information sheet "The mover's liability", which is enclosed with your storage contract.

Our most popular services include the dismantling and assembly of furniture, packing of stored goods and carrying. We generally charge €53 for two men and a car per 30 minutes. The packing material is calculated according to the quantity used. We charge for our services transparently and according to the actual work involved.

You have the option of taking out goods insurance for your stored goods at replacement value. We highly recommend this type of insurance. When you take out the policy, you will receive a corresponding policy containing details of the insurance cover and all the formalities.
